Achilles tendinitis, also known as achilles tendinopathy, occurs when the Achilles tendon, found at the back of the ankle, becomes inflamed. The most common symptoms are pain and swelling around the affected tendon.
An exostosis, also known as bone spur, is the formation of new bone on the surface of a bone. Exostoses can cause chronic pain ranging from mild to debilitatingly severe, depending on the shape, size, and location of the lesion.
Joint pain can range from mildly irritating to debilitating. It may go away after a few weeks (acute), or last for several weeks or months (chronic).

Knitted fabric massages the foot where needed to achieve more comfort during exercise. The sleeve will improve circulation during everyday use and physical activity. Easy to wear with any shoes. Provides 25-30mmHg compression.

Hand wash or gentle cycle in (Bodyment Delight Cotton Machine Wash Bag) in Warm water using a mild soap. Air dry. Do not Dry Clean. Do not Tumble Dry. Do not Iron.

Fitting Notes:
- Please measure in centimetres.
- Do not pull the tape too tight.
- Ensure you measure the circumference (around).
- Ensure you keep the tape horizontal.
Measurement Steps:
- Mid Foot Circumference – Measure around the foot at the mid point of your foot
- Ankle Circumference – Measure around the leg just above the ankle bone
