Sleeve Gastrectomy

Sleeve gastrectomy is a surgical weight-loss procedure that removes about 75% of the stomach. Also known as gastric sleeve surgery, laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, or vertical sleeve gastrectomy, it leaves a narrow “sleeve” that’s similar in size and shape to a banana.
